United Oilfield Services uses a three stage recruitment process. During the first stage we analyze and choose the best applications, according to a pre-determined competence profile for a given position.

Next, we invite the pre-selected applicants for an interview where we discuss the candidate’s previous professional experience, skills, and expectations concerning the position they have applied for. We also try to determine a candidate’s level of motivation, and check their skills. To do so, we employ various tests. If a given position requires foreign language skills, we test the candidate’s proficiency level with language tests, or by performing the interview in that language.

During the third stage we invite candidates to meet with their potential supervisor, who also verifies a candidate’s abilities and technical knowledge. After such a meeting, the candidate may also be invited to meet with a top management representative.

After all the above steps have been completed, the chosen candidate is sent a job offer.
