Graduate of The Faculty of Economics at Gdansk University with specialization in Foreign Trade. He has 15 years of professional experience in financial advisory services (in companies like KPMG Audit Poland and TUiR Warta S.A.) as well as in the fields of production and renewable energy. Since 2005 he has been working with the Sanplast Group and since 2012 he has been the Vice President of the Management Board and Investments Director in G-DRILLING S.A.

Cezary Filipowicz is a Doctor of Geological Sciences with more than 30 years of professional experience in many areas. While in academia, Cezary Filipowicz held many notable positions - he was an Assistant Professor at Warsaw University’s Geology Department, a Visiting Scholar at Kansas University and the Kansas Geological Survey in Lawrence, and a Visiting Professor at Ohio State University in Columbus.
In his professional career, Cezary Filipowicz was Director and President of the State Geological Services Enterprise“GEOPOL,” President of the International Oil Company MTN „Golden Gate” S.A., Director of the Representative Office in Poland of the Ukrainian Joint Stock Company “UKRTRANSNAFTA”, General Director of the International Pipeline Company MPR “SARMATIA” Ltd, Deputy President of the Polish Oil Company PKN ORLEN S.A., and Board Member of the Refinery AB Mazeikiu Nafta in Lithuania.
Cezary Filipowicz’s impressive resume doesn’t stop there. He gained governmental experience from his work as the advisor to the Deputy Prime Minister, the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Poland, as well as to the Chancellery of the President of the Republic of Poland. During his career Cezary Filipowicz was also Chief Ecologist of the Bank for Environmental Protection (BOŚ Bank S.A.), Director of the “GeoCO2 Consortium,” and coordinator of the Polish Carbon Capture and Storage (CCS) pilot project.

Andrzej Gajewski graduated from the University of Science and Technology (AGH) in Cracow, where he earned an engineering degree in Mining Geology. He began his professional career with the state-run enterprise “Geophysical Research,” based in Warsaw, where he rose from engineer all the way to Chief Executive Officer. During his 17 years as CEO, he successfully restructured the company into a modern, high-revenue generating business. Under Andrzej Gajewski’s leadership, the company’s reach expanded beyond Poland’s borders, and offered comprehensive geological and geophysical services for oil exploration, hydrogeology, geological engineering, and environmental protection for the entire international community. In his geophysical and drilling supervisory roles he held the highest mining ranks, and from 1985-1986 and 1989-1991 he led jobs located in Libya and Armenia.
Andrzej Gajewski is a member of many geological associations - in Poland, as well as abroad – including the Scientific Council of the Polish Geological Institute. He is also a member of the Polish Chamber of Commerce, “Ekorozwój.”

Janusz Dańda graduated from The Faculty of Drilling, Oil and Gas at AGH University of Science and Technology in Kraków and from the postgraduate studies at Harvard Business School / ICAN Institute. By the 2013 he was Vice President and Director of Production in Oil and Gas Exploration Company Kraków Sp. z o. o. where he held direct supervision over the activities of the organizational units in the area of drilling, holes reconstruction and maintenance services at home and abroad. Since 2015 - Member of the Management Board of G-Drilling S.A.
